About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to support our pediatric healthcare services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a research or data analysis role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of pediatric healthcare trends and best practices is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on pediatric healthcare trends, best practices, and advancements
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including patient records, surveys, and industry reports
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide support for ongoing projects
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate relevant findings into research projects
• Assist with the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and findings
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure research objectives are met
