About The Position

This role is responsible for the requirements documentation and analysis project workstream. The analyst will support the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team or vendor activities/software development user stories. Additionally, they will support the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Digitization Lead in tracking the digitization vendor’s completion of contractual requirements. The analyst will document project requirements and create written presentations to report requirements status, and verbally brief requirements analysis workstream activity status at daily team stand-ups and client-facing meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Additional FOUR (4) years experience in Lieu of Degree.
  • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience distilling, documenting, and tracking requirements for multi-work stream projects
  • Outstanding team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic consulting project environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • The ability to clearly communicate requirements and acceptance criteria to non-technical clients/audiences and establish outstanding client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeTM suite of productivity software tools

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience using Atlassian software development project management tools Jira and Confluence
