About The Position

You’ll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
  • PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP Certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
  • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
  • Experience with performance based and award fee contracts
  • Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
  • Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel, work independently, and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • Master's degree in Project Management or IT
  • SAFe Program Consultant Certification
