About The Position
This position provides vital support to the Animal Science Department's Reproduction/Genetics Laboratory. The assistant will help maintain the lab, contribute to research projects, and perform various laboratory processes. The role is located in the Animal Science Building on the University of Wyoming campus.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at UW
- Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year
- Reliable, responsible and on-time

Responsibilities
- Keeping the laboratory clean and organized
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and safety practices
- Maintaining inventory
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Potentially involved in sample collection and processing for research projects
