The Block Lab in the Department of Animal Sciences is seeking a student laboratory assistant to perform general laboratory duties and to assist with ongoing research activities which are focused on animal reproduction. The student assistant will have the opportunity to gain research experience in the field of animal reproduction and learn various laboratory and animal-related techniques. Such techniques include cell culture, in vitro fertilization, embryo handling and manipulation, fluorescence microscopy, embryo transfer and reproductive ultrasonography.
