About The Position

The Represented Products and Ductless Sales Leader is responsible for driving profitable growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic customer relationships within an assigned territory, product line, or account base. This role works independently to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver high-quality customer service through strong product knowledge and customer insight. The Represented Products and Ductless Sales Leader develops long-term account plans, negotiates within established authority, and partners with senior customer stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. In addition, this role supports team success by coaching and mentoring less experienced Account Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
  • 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
  • A desire to understand our business and passion to connect current and potential customers with service offerings designed to create efficient and sustainable buildings.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, facilitate customer conversations with business level insights to establish value and create demand, close new business, and grow existing account relationships.
  • Strong financial and business acumen and self-starter mindset.
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and secure prospective customers of strategic importance to the organization.
  • Manage and grow business with new and existing customers to achieve significant sales targets.
  • Respond to complex customer inquiries with tailored solutions and strong product expertise.
  • Organize and conduct visits to current and prospective customer sites to introduce products and expand sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or customer account list.
  • Develop and execute key account plans and sales strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships that support repeat business and future sales.
  • Assess customer business needs and recommend appropriate products and services based on a solid understanding of their operations.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within established limits of authority to close sales opportunities.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor or adjust sales activities to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Prioritize and manage daily sales activities independently to meet performance goals.
  • Share sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights with internal sales teams to support planning and strategy.
  • Keep customers informed of new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Engage with senior customer stakeholders, including roles such as CFOs and Plant Managers, to strengthen strategic relationships.
  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
  • During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
