About The Position
AO has proudly served working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health benefits to members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. We are currently seeking client-focused Remote Representatives to connect with families through Zoom-based virtual consultations. This role allows you to serve clients, build lasting relationships, and grow your career—all from the comfort of your home. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual platforms
- Reliable work ethic with strong accountability
- Professional, positive, and personable demeanor
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
