Requirements
- Must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese communication skills are a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
- Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
- Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
