About The Position

The Representative, Care Connections Member Advocate makes outbound calls to members, completes assigned hand-dial lists, and provides proactive member support, information, and assistance. The role follows departmental standards for member interactions, call quality, and documentation. The representative schedules member appointments to meet departmental goals, completes assigned member research accurately and efficiently, and provides basic support and guidance with empathy and professionalism. The position also participates in ongoing training to enhance service quality and knowledge.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare service environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
High attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripting.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
Compassionate and service-oriented approach.
Bilingual in English and at least one additional language, as required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare administrative support experience in a role such as Medical Office Assistant, Patient Services Representative, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Scheduler.
