Requirements

  • 1 + year customer service, retail or related experience
  • Proficiency on the computer, including excellent navigation of the internet and keyboarding skills
  • Multitasker: Ability to handle variety of calls across many business units, and ability to think quickly on feet
  • Required: Basic Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate PC, Window, Internet, data entry and typing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Retail call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Escalated Customer Issues: Handle escalated customer compliments and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Support & Mentor Associates: Provide coaching to improve problem-solving and product knowledge
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Reduce repeat contacts by resolving issues at the first point of interaction
  • Manage Workflows & Backlogs: Support incident ticket and email backlogs as needed
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Track trends and provide recommendations on policies and procedures impacting customer experience
