About The Position

As a Principal Services Solutions Consultant for Advanced Services, you will be the strategic catalyst for Everpure’s most ambitious transformations. You will architect and close complex, services-led opportunities that redefine how global enterprises manage data. You serve as the bridge between high-level business outcomes and technical execution, partnering with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design resilient, AI-ready infrastructure. Your mission is to de-risk massive platform adoptions while mentoring a world-class consulting team to scale our market impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience selling into industry verticals.
  • 10+ years designing solutions across virtualization, storage, security, and networking.
  • Deep mastery in designing infrastructure solutions across virtualization, security, and networking, with a proven ability to translate hybrid cloud strategies into executable service delivery plans.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, solution-oriented sales cycles and value-based selling, including the development of ROI models and the management of large-scale commercial proposals.
  • A track record of building credibility and influencing decisions with both technical administrators and executive leadership through high-impact presentations and professional consultation.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguous enterprise requirements and transform them into clear, cross-functional execution paths that move opportunities from discovery to close.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead large-scale data management solutions, spanning cyber resilience, cloud migration, and operating model design, to ensure customers achieve measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Partner with account teams to spearhead high-value pursuits, managing the end-to-end proposal process (RFPs/RFIs) with a focus on rigorous scope definition and risk mitigation to hit bookings targets.
  • Develop and package repeatable "new-to-market" services motions and executive-ready collateral that allow Everpure to dominate new industry segments and territories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating technical infrastructure capabilities into strategic business cases that address risk reduction and modernization goals.
  • Mentor fellow Services Solutions Consultants, elevating the quality of solutioning across the organization through peer reviews and joint-account motions.
