The Sales Representative role at Mondelēz International is to build a high-quality market in the packaged goods sector within the retail sales domain. This is a unique and rewarding experience that offers the opportunity to develop your career as a sales representative in a major global packaged goods industry. You will be an essential point of contact for nationally recognized clients, as well as regional clients of one of the world's largest snack companies. This position is open to all permanent Mondelez employees. You will meet our clients' sales and merchandising needs by stocking shelves, building, and maintaining displays. As a sales representative within our company, you will primarily, but not exclusively, be responsible for merchandising our brands. This includes physically taking products from our clients' back rooms and placing them on shelves. The main activities include: stocking shelves, creating neat shelves and displays, setting up promotional materials in all areas of the store, ensuring proper product rotation on shelves, and creating and placing price tags and promotional materials in all aisles. Establish clear and effective communication with key store personnel and other Mondelez team members, while providing quality customer service.
