About The Position

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our Account Profitability team. You will lead the definition, governance, and delivery of dealer performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. In this high-impact role, you will create the trusted reporting foundation used by dealer performance leaders, field teams, and cross-functional partners to manage accounts proactively and make informed decisions. You will combine analytical expertise, strong visualization judgment, and disciplined reporting governance to transform data into practical, scalable tools for internal teams and dealer partners. This role is based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office and follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day remote each week.

Requirements

• Experience partnering with business intelligence, data architecture, or analytics engineering teams to support data availability and management.
• SQL proficiency, including experience working in Oracle environments.
• Strong Tableau expertise, including data-source design, relationships, joins, blends, context and dimension filters, level-of-detail expressions, and extract performance.
• Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and a documentation-focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Python.

Nice To Haves

• Financial or accounting experience in the automotive or finance and insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of intake for dealer performance reporting and dashboard requests.
• Translate exploratory and one-time analyses into standardized KPIs, recurring reports, or scalable dashboards.
• Build and maintain reporting assets for dealer performance teams, brokers, field teams, and agent and dealer partners.
• Design intuitive, decision-oriented dashboards that emphasize the most useful information.
• Partner with BI-DA to implement KPI changes and enterprise reporting enhancements.
• Maintain consistent dealer performance definitions, calculations, and measures across the organization.
• Own a centralized measure library and data dictionary covering definitions, calculations, source systems, data grain, refresh cadence, intended use, and known limitations.
• Own internal and external dashboards used by Dealer Performance, Dealer Analytics and Underwriting, Reinsurance, field teams, and business partners.
• Coordinate with Technology and BI-DA to support data reliability, accessibility, and timely refreshes.
• Monitor report adoption and user feedback, identify usability gaps, and recommend enhancements based on value and effort.
• Standardize and document repeatable reporting processes.
• Lead communications and training for field-facing reports, KPI changes, and reporting updates.
