About The Position

As a Reporting Specialist supporting Strategic Initiatives, you will shape how senior leaders understand, communicate, and act on the information that drives the enterprise IT modernization. Your reporting products will drive alignment across teams, accelerate progress on enterprise initiatives, and ensure that leaders always have the information they need, when they need it. Beyond meeting support, you’ll manage and evolve the Knowledge page on SharePoint, curating strategic documents, updating policy materials, and publishing weekly and monthly products that keep the enterprise synchronized. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting strategic or executive communications
  • 5+ years of experience creating polished deliverables such as talking points, briefings and memos
  • Experience capturing meeting minutes, decisions, and action items in complex or fast‑moving environments
  • Experience preparing Memorandums for Record, summaries, or official reporting products
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or knowledge‑management repositories
  • Ability to synthesize complex discussions into clear, actionable reporting
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise IT policy, governance, strategy, or modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting the Army National Guard, NGB CIO/G‑6, or similar DoW organizations
  • Experience with content management, SharePoint design, or structured communications
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in the Department of Defense or other government agencies
  • Knowledge of emerging communication technologies and the application of AI tools to enhance strategic communications
  • Ability to work across stakeholder groups and present information professionally
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Master’s degree
