Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling
- Strong skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and building reliable reports
- Experience with data dictionaries, KPI tracking, and data validation
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
- Experience integrating data from SharePoint, Excel, and SQL.
- Proficiency in EVM and project controls concepts.
- Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and management support to team members
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards; establishing data dictionaries and KPI logs to improve data accuracy; and delivering reliable insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions
- Prepare monthly and weekly report submissions in accordance with project requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet the requirements of project stakeholders and discipline teams.
