This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, as well as performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. The team member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interact positively and respectfully with others, serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
