About The Position

The Replenishment Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow of goods from storage to picking areas, ensuring consistent product availability to support timely order fulfillment. This role manages replenishment schedules, inventory levels, and team productivity. The Replenishment Manager plays a vital role in warehouse efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally with inbound and outbound operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on inventory and replenishment.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing and leading warehouse teams.
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning tools.
  • Strong understanding of replenishment strategies and inventory flow.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in performance management, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse safety practices and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock conditions.
  • Plan and execute replenishment tasks based on warehouse demand, order trends, and WMS triggers.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop replenishment staff to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate closely with inbound receiving and outbound picking teams to align replenishment timing with operational needs.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage and track inventory movement and replenishment activity.
  • Ensure all replenishment activities are performed accurately, safely, and in compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized replenishment and storage areas.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce inventory errors.
  • Lead regular safety meetings and conduct training for new and existing team members.
