About The Position

Become a Key Player as a Replenishment Operator — Reach Truck. You will keep pick locations stocked to ensure continuous fulfillment flow, working directly with warehouse leadership and the operations team. This role is onsite across scheduled shifts (1st shift or 2nd shift with a $0.50/hr differential) with occasional overtime and infrequent Saturday coverage.

Requirements

• Verifiable, recent reach truck experience
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Sense of urgency and ability to work by task priority
• Must pass a written equipment assessment before being scheduled to start
• Must pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite
• Orange reflective safety vest required for facility entry; enclosed-toe shoes required; badge or key fob access required at all times

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to pull reserve pallets and replenish pick locations
• Work WMS replenishment tasks by priority to prevent pick-face stockouts
• Scan and confirm both source and destination locations to maintain inventory accuracy
• Communicate short or damaged reserve stock to leadership for rapid resolution
• Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects
