This role focuses on maintaining store inventory and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with shopping, ensuring a quick and friendly checkout, and managing stock. The position involves unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with online order fulfillment (BOPIS and SFS). Team members will also participate in planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and support safety and shrink programs. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies, as well as fostering a positive and respectful work environment. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role.
