This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers with store programs. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing store in-stock optimization and AD set duties. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to SOPs and Company programs, and interacts positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. Team members in this role will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
