Storm Guard Roofing of Madison is seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our growing service team. You'll play a critical role in completing repairs, service work, warranty claims, and small installations while helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties. Compensation: $25-$35/hour + performance bonuses and upsell opportunities (based on experience and performance). Requirements

Experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, home repair, or a related field
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Familiarity with basic construction tools, materials, and repair techniques

Nice To Haves

Experience working with roofing, siding, windows, doors, or exterior building systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working directly with homeowners or customers

Responsibilities

Review service calls, repair requests, and warranty-related work scheduled for the day.
Travel to customer properties to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
Communicate directly with homeowners about the work being completed.
Repair roofing components, replace siding, troubleshoot exterior issues, and handle warranty concerns.
Serve as a trusted representative of the Storm Guard brand.
Repair roof leaks, replace damaged shingles, fix siding issues, address storm-related damage, repair gutters, replace exterior components, or complete warranty and service work.
Identify the root cause of problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare estimates when needed.
Ensure every repair is completed with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
