About The Position

Epson is seeking Repair Technicians to work second shift in a fast-paced repair depot environment. The role performs repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, follows written work instructions and technical service procedures, and assesses and tests units to confirm repair results. Technicians also use diagnostic programs, perform firmware upgrades, enter data, and maintain accurate electronic and paper records while meeting efficiency, yield, and quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Some overtime may be required. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$22.00, with the actual base rate dependent on factors including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Requirements

Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with computers and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions.
Inspect internal and external unit housing to assess whether damage is repairable.
Read and follow technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance.
Inspect and accurately interpret test prints or images.
Perform firmware upgrades.
Conduct final testing to confirm repair results.
Access and use diagnostic programs.
Enter data using available reporting systems.
Maintain efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks.
Accurately maintain electronic and paper records.
Support depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management.
