About The Position

At iMedical Healthcare Solutions, we refurbish and service life-saving hospital beds and stretchers used by healthcare systems across the country. We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on sophisticated electromechanical equipment. This isn't an assembly line job. Every day brings new technical challenges and the opportunity to become an expert on some of the most advanced patient transport equipment in healthcare.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience diagnosing electromechanical equipment
• Comfortable using multimeters and electrical test equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in producing high-quality work

Nice To Haves

• Experience servicing Stryker hospital beds or stretchers
• Experience with Hillrom/Baxter equipment
• Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) experience
• Electronics or technical training
• Experience repairing medical equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures
• Repair hospital beds and stretchers to OEM performance standards
• Troubleshoot control boards, wiring, motors, actuators, and electrical systems
• Read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Test repaired equipment before shipment
• Document repairs and support quality standards
• Work closely with Production, Parts, and Quality teams
• Occasionally travel for customer service or field support
