About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a field-based Repair Technician to provide roof repair solutions and customer service. The technician travels locally to job sites in a company-provided vehicle, inspects roofing systems, diagnoses issues, and performs repairs. The role requires working safely at heights and in varied weather conditions while maintaining a professional, positive customer experience and meeting company quality standards.

Compensation is equivalent to a $36,000 annual base during the first 2–4 weeks of training. After training, compensation is 100% commission, with annual earnings potential of $60,000 to over $100,000. The company describes opportunities for career advancement and skill development.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable, clean driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, provide honest assessments, and deliver strong customer service.
• Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights.
• Document findings and ensure repair work meets company quality standards.
• Represent the company professionally in technician and customer-service interactions.
• Travel to and from local work sites in a company-provided vehicle.
