About The Position

The Repair Technician I performs repairs to clients’ swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company. The role includes general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs, inspecting equipment and systems to identify problems, consulting manuals or other resources, and conducting preventive maintenance. The technician also maintains an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool repair.
• Ability to read repair manuals.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a related field preferred.
• RAIL license or equivalent state license preferred.
