About The Position

This role is critical within Aston Martin’s hypercar aftersales operation, focusing on bringing structure, clarity, and quality to complex engineering environments. Aftersales is central to the customer experience, and with the introduction of highly engineered hypercars such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie, a unique direct customer support program has been developed. Operating through dedicated Centres of Excellence and remote locations, teams support customers and vehicles worldwide, delivering a seamless and premium ownership experience. As Repair Preparation Lead (AMTA), based across Monticello, NY and Apex, AZ, you will take ownership of the administrative and operational coordination activities within our hypercar workshops. This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring that workshop activity runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, while supporting both technicians and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer policy.
  • Ordering parts, tooling, and consumables.
  • Managing inventory.
  • Overseeing parts returns.
  • Owning the end-to-end vehicle check-in and check-out process, both physically in the workshop and through Salesforce, ensuring full traceability and accuracy at all times.
  • Creating job cards.
  • Maintaining clear and compliant repair documentation.
  • Closing completed repair orders.
  • Generating customer and sublet invoices.
  • Supporting quality audits.
  • Managing workshop and activity risk assessments.
  • Assisting with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
  • Creating repair estimates for retail work.
  • Providing administrative support for track event activity.
