About The Position

This role supports the Aston Martin ownership experience, particularly with the introduction of hypercars like the Aston Martin Valkyrie. A direct customer support program operates through dedicated hubs and remote locations to support vehicles and customers globally. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be part of a skilled team preparing, servicing, and maintaining Aston Martin hypercar customer vehicles. The work will take place at Monticello and Apex sites, as well as remote customer locations. This is a varied, hands-on role combining technical excellence with mobility and teamwork.

Requirements

• A mechanical engineering qualification at level 3.
• A minimum of five years of motorsport or relevant equivalent experience.
• Confidence using standard office software.
• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally to support engineering partners and suppliers.
• Strong engineering fundamentals.
• A positive and proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training such as high voltage safety, F Gas, or compressed gases and cryogenic systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, service, and maintain Aston Martin hypercar customer vehicles.
• Perform hypercar service and repair activities, including stripping and inspecting components.
• Measure parts to precise tolerances.
• Support vehicle builds and maintenance.
• Work with high voltage components and hydraulic systems, including assembly, bleeding, and operation.
• Support mobile service and flying spanner activities.
• Investigate faults and contribute to resolving vehicle issues.
• Work closely with colleagues across functions to deliver high standards of performance and reliability.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
• Complete warranty and technical documentation accurately.
• Follow all health, safety, and COSHH guidelines.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
