About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Repair Coordinator to support our Repair Department. This is a remote position open to candidates located near one of our Distribution Centres across Canada, with a preference for candidates based near our Winnipeg Distribution Centre (230 Panet Road).

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, parts coordination, or an administrative support role within a service or distribution environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to learn inventory management and internal software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
Able to lift and move materials consistent with department requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with third-party vendors to resolve parts discrepancies is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support the Repair Manager with scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
Prepare service documents, repair forms, technician paperwork, and trip sheets.
Receive, inspect, reconcile, and maintain repair parts inventory.
Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts.
Maintain department files, records, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal partners to support repair operations.
Assist with inventory reporting and parts administration.
Support departmental workflows while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
