About The Position

The Repair Coordinator performs administrative tasks related to system repairs and inspections. Based onsite at the Lincoln, Nebraska office, this position works closely with the Repair Supervisor for task assignments and completes daily reports documenting task completion. The role offers a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy and the ability to perform data entry.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability and willingness to work alone while reporting to an off-site superior.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Close visual perception to view computer monitors, read extensively, and conduct visual inspections.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close out repair tickets in Salesforce, reviewing documentation and details to confirm tickets can be billed.
• Follow up with customers for purchase order numbers as needed.
• Call customers to schedule system inspections.
• Assist the Repair Supervisor with scheduling repairs.
• Issue RMA numbers and follow up on the return of unused equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
