Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Repair and Overhaul Technician, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Repair and Overhaul Technicians are responsible for tearing down, inspecting, assembling, and testing heavy mechanical products and components in an industrial setting. This position is on 1st shift – Monday to Friday, starting at 6am.

Requirements

  • Understand and follow basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Evaluate product and determine component replacement needs for low-complexity product.
  • Identify gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Can tear down, assemble and test products.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.
  • Complete basic changeovers and setups.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow and escalate immediate issues.

  • May be required to pass Near vision and/or Color vision examinations.

Responsibilities

  • Teardown, Assembly and Test Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment.
  • Process: Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product.
  • Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
  • Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.
