Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to comfortably lift 35 pounds.
Ability to load, unload, and move materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.

Nice To Haves

1 year Logistics, Expediting, Order Fulfillment Experience.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements such as FAR 45.245-1 and industry best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and expedites the flow of Repair Units and Assemblies.
Works with Production Control, Material Management, Contract Services and Shop Management to maintain efficient cycle time and resolve Shipment Holds and Escalations.
Generates reports to understand workflow and schedule requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned to include assisting with the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
Reviews Order information for outbound shipments to internal customers based on needs.
Ensures on-time delivery of goods to customers by investigating and resolving detention issues.
Communicates through verbal and electronic media to resolve, escalate, and expedite, Holds and Priorities in support of the Manufacturing Shop Floor.
Daily Tracking and Reporting of Workflow.
Physical movement of Aircraft Assembly Units to maintain Workflow.
