About The Position

This role involves the disassembly, overhaul, and rebuilding of Harnesses & Solenoid assemblies under the supervision of a qualified maintainer. The technician will be responsible for identifying parts, performing troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment, and inspecting products from raw material to finished stages. This includes ensuring compliance with ADM Operations processes, customer requirements, and regulatory standards, as well as generating necessary inspection documentation. The position also includes training and rotating through various workstations as needed, and potentially performing other requested duties.

Requirements

• Ability to use measurement and other specialized inspection equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2-3 years assembly experience

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, overhauls, and rebuilds Harnesses & Solenoid assemblies
• Identifies parts by marking methods
• Performs troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment
• Builds, teardown and repairs
• Inspects product from raw material to finished product
• Inspects product in accordance with ADM Operations processes and procedures, customer ORI’s, CMM’s, etc
• Generates inspection documentation as dictated by ADM Operations, customer and regulatory agency requirements
• Trains and rotates through workstations as needed
• May perform other duties as requested
