About The Position

As a member of Gateway Facilities Department, you will be vital to the impact we have both in people's lives through the church as well as ensuring our bright future in supporting the Crosspoint Christian School is fully ready for students. Requirements As a Repair and Maintenance worker, under the direction of either the Poulsbo Facilities Lead or Bremerton Facilities Lead, you will: Be responsible for facility repairs and projects for the Poulsbo or Bremerton Campus, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, lighting, custodial duties and construction-related matters. Be mindful of job site safety and campus security. Inspect the facility routinely for issues and report any issues and their severity to the Facilities Lead. Support the multi-use nature of the facilities, including but not limited to furniture moves and custodial work.

Requirements

  • Repair and maintenance experience preferred
  • Education Level: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in facility maintenance is preferred.
  • Specific Skills: Basic computer knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS.
  • Personal Characteristics: Highly personable with a professional demeanor, a passion for serving others, and great attention to detail. Works well with deadlines and planning.
  • Physical Abilities: Sufficient mobility to work in all types of outdoor conditions; able to operate equipment associated with the department.
