Repacker
About The Position
The Repacker safely and efficiently repacks products, inspects items for quality, and prepares shipments for distribution. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring products are properly handled and palletized and meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. The position is available part-time or full-time and is hourly, in Roulette, Pennsylvania. Applicants selected for the role will be asked to provide reference and criminal background checks before employment. Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products safely on a regular basis.

- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and repack products to meet quality and customer requirements.
- Label, sort, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
- Handle products safely to prevent damage and ensure shipment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
- Assist with material movement, inventory control, and other warehouse duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
