About The Position

This full-time Repack General Labor position in Beaver Dam, WI, involves working on a pizza production line. Responsibilities include operating and changing over the line, working on both the crust and boxing ends, tracking inventory, checking code dates, and notifying supervision or maintenance of issues. The role requires adherence to GMPs, safety procedures, and maintaining sanitation. It involves physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving parts, cold, wet/humid conditions, and loud noise.

Requirements

High School Education Level
Ability to work under direct supervision and to follow instructions and techniques.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. regularly and handle wood pallets up to 70lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per day.
Be able to rotate to various jobs on Pizza line which may include frequent bending, twisting, lifting.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for effective continuous operation and change-over of pizza production line.
Work between the crust and boxing end of the production line which may include laying pizza crust on the line, stacking pizzas and/or packing pizzas in boxes.
Keep track of inventories, counts of ingredients and finished products.
Check and communicate code dates to other workers.
Timely notification to Maintenance and Supervision of equipment problems.
Notify Supervision of actual or potential problems.
Follow verbal instructions from Supervision.
Comply with GMP’s, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area.
Use required safety equipment and comply with proper safety procedures.
Lift up to 40lbs. regularly and handle wood pallets up to 70lbs. occasionally.
Rotate to various jobs on Pizza line which may include frequent bending, twisting, lifting.
Other duties as may be assigned by Management or volunteered for.
Stand up to 10 hours per day.
