About The Position

Bobcat of Atlanta - Norcross is seeking a detailed and organized Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to prepare, clean, inspect, and help move rental equipment, and to assist customers and store departments. The role also includes yard and wash bay upkeep, warehouse receiving and shipping, and other general labor as assigned. Candidates should enjoy working around construction machinery and take pride in keeping equipment clean and ready for use.

Requirements

• Positive outlook and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 50–100 pounds, 20–50 pounds, or continuously 10–20 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• One year of general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing and greasing it, checking fluid levels and proper operation, completing computer and paper documentation, and performing minor repairs.
• Load and unload equipment; provide basic operating instructions; inspect returned equipment for damage; document its condition; and load or unload trucks and trailers.
• Assist customers and help all departments of the store.
• Sweep and clean, help organize and clean the yard, clean the wash bay when needed, and dispose of trash.
• Receive and ship warehouse products and equipment.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.
