About The Position
The Rental Vehicle Associate cleans vehicles inside and out (vehicles may be cleaned by hand or by operating washing equipment) while also moving the vehicles, interacting with customers and other duties assigned by the manager.

- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment as necessary
- Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
- May assist with local automobile deliveries
- PickUp/Deliver Loaner vehicles to customers at home or office
- Responsible for the loaner fleet being clean and ready for customer use
- Coordinate scheduling of vehicles for customers
- Complete necessary paperwork and reporting
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
- Suggest additional options to customers based on their needs.
- Coordinate scheduling of Mobil Service
