About The Position

The Rental Technician works in a world-class rental shop, providing guests with equipment services and information to support their outdoor experience. The team provides training on personal equipment services; no prior experience is required. This is a winter seasonal role for 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. The starting and expected pay is $20.00 per hour. Housing is available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tuning, maintenance, or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and advise guests on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May assist with cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
