About The Position

As a rental technician, you’ll help guests set up with the right ski or snowboard equipment, adjusting everything for fit and performance. You’ll be the go-to person for helping guests hit the slopes with confidence.

Requirements

• Skill in Google Workspaces and standard computer interfaces.
• Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue proper and well-fitting rental equipment to guests.
• Adjust equipment settings in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Inspect equipment for damage, malfunction, and compatibility.
• Process returned equipment and store it in the appropriate locations.
• Be knowledgeable of the range of equipment offered.
• Answer guest questions in regard to rental procedures, the ski area, and Resort operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
