About The Position

Stratton is seeking a Rental Technician to provide customers with a high level of service, including proper maintenance, adjustment, and instruction of all rental equipment. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr. Requirements

No experience required
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers
Must pass the binding manufacturer exam

Responsibilities

Constant interaction with the guests, while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude
Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis
Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment
Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation
General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort
Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment
Additional duties as assigned
