Requirements

No experience
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers
Must pass the binding manufacturer exam

Responsibilities

Provide customers with a high level of service, that includes proper maintenance, adjustment, and instruction of all rental equipment.
Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis.
Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment.
Maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation.
Perform basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment.
Additional duties as assigned.
