Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
• Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
