About The Position

Got a knack for solving problems and a love for winter sports gear? Snowshoe is hiring a Ski Rentals Supervisor to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and guests at our rental shops.

Requirements

At least 1 season working in Ski Rentals
High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform opening and closing procedures, handle emergencies per policies.
Provide instructions, answer phones, share information.
Promote harmony, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and share duties.
Enforce schedules, manage breaks, streamline workflows.
Offer information, address complaints, monitor staff training.
Execute delegated tasks, suggest projects, assist with disciplinary actions.
Evaluate employee performance, ensure compliance with procedures, improve efficiency.
Track equipment issues and returns, review overdue contracts, update records.
Oversee housekeeping duties, enforce signage and crowd control.
Adhere to safety guidelines, ensure clean work areas, and use equipment safely.
Pass required certifications, monitor ski technicians’ work.
Support overall team objectives and assist with tasks as needed.
