Requirements

• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Leadership skills and mindset.
• A strong mechanical background
• Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Supervision and management of all department processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs.
• Organize, prioritize, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance.
• Ensure that our customers have an excellent experience.
• Foster good relationships with both customers and other team members.
