Requirements

Must be organized and able to multitask
Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership skills and mindset.
A strong mechanical background
Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Supervision and management of all department processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs.
Organize, prioritize, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance.
Ensure that our customers have an excellent experience!
Foster good relationships with both customers and other team members.
