This role involves planning repair jobs through various areas, vendors, and technicians, resolving client complaints, and administering repair estimates and quotes. The planner must monitor and communicate the repair process, document job progress, and make policy and warranty recommendations. They will manage work orders daily, ensuring clients receive same-day invoices, and continuously improve service systems, billing, and warranty procedures. The role also involves assigning priorities to work orders, ensuring work aligns with estimates, managing change orders, and reporting on monitoring measures. Safety and adherence to company policies are paramount.
