About The Position

The Rental Sales Rep will have the responsibility of increasing profitable rental revenue by cold-calling, generating and managing rental leads for new and existing customers. The Rental Sales Rep will work closely with rental coordinators and Carolina CAT sales reps to develop and deliver solutions for customers. The Rental Sales Rep will develop valuable relationships with customers to increase rental revenue, increase market share and active accounts. We provide a company cell phone, laptop and access to top sales technology giving you the resources to succeed. Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of outside sales experience preferably with construction equipment or related equipment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong planning, problem solving, and negotiation skills are a must
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Independent, team player with strong organizational skills
  • CRM and Dodge Pipeline Mastery
  • Equipment Knowledge
  • Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience working with a CRM
