About The Position

As a result of significant growth and expansion, we are currently looking for a Rental Representative for our multi-residential buildings in Anjou. You will be a main point of contact for our clients, assisting them in renting properties that meet their needs working in our Rental office in Anjou. This role is commission based.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or leasing within the real estate industry.
• Strong working knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results driven.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both French and English.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role is an asset.
• Knowledge of leasing practices and applicable bylaws is an asset.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems; prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential tenants through property and office tours, addressing questions and highlighting value to drive lease conversions.
• Maintains consistent, timely follow-up with prospective tenants and prepares all required rental documentation.
• Issues rental activity reports and processes renewal requests as needed.
• Accurately inputs and maintains tenant and leasing data in the CRM system in a timely manner.
