Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Learning agility and interest in developing expertise in oncology
  • Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond
  • Valid Driving License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospital or specialty sales
  • Exposure to oncology or complex therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with the Ontario healthcare system
  • Strong data acumen analyzes clinical and business data
  • Strong learning agility
  • Someone with a business and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings
  • Working in multiple indications and tumor types allowing you to develop
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and identify opportunities to improve care delivery
  • Support the adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, market access, etc.) to deliver impactful solutions
  • Contribute to territory planning and execution of business strategies
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments
