About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives on creating and negotiating partnerships and influencing decision makers. In this role, you’ll take the lead in building relationships with corporate partners, insurance companies, and employee benefits groups, educating them on the value of advanced vision care solutions and driving better coverage and discounts for Canadians. If you’re passionate about sales and strategy and motivated by the idea of expanding access to leading eye care and vision correction options, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have a proven track record in sales, business development, or partnership (insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits experience is a strong plus).
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder and negotiator.
  • You are a confident communicator who can simplify complex medical concepts into compelling messages.
  • You are entrepreneurial, results-driven, and motivated by targets and growth.
  • You are fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees and service providers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • You hunt for new opportunities with insurance providers, benefits groups, and corporate partners.
  • You build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers to position Vision Group as a trusted partner in employee wellness and eye health initiatives.
  • You negotiate partnerships and discounts that expand access to advanced eye care services.
  • You deliver compelling presentations and educational sessions to benefits managers, insurers, and HR leaders.
  • You work with our marketing team to create high-impact materials that communicate the benefits of modern vision care and correction.
  • You track partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously push for better outcomes.
  • You represent Vision Group at benefits fairs, industry events, and corporate initiatives.
